Icons Startup Optimization

We've added optimization to the Icons startup process. Players that were experiencing Icons crashing on startup or long load times should see significant improvements. We're committed to making Icons accessible on a wide array of PCs, and we'll be working with optimization in mind with each patch. For the most recent patch notes:
