The current NavalArt save system does not support separating save data by Steam account. There is only a single local save file shared by all users on the same computer. If you launch the game using multiple Steam accounts on the same computer while Steam Cloud Saves is enabled, the local save data may be overwritten by an empty cloud save uploaded by another account.
