Fixed some of the bugs that have been brought up - most importantly the region tracking switch not being set correctly. Patch Notes: [*]Added extra work on the Region Tracking/Music Switch. Unfortunately this fix won't fix current playthroughs with incorrect region tracking. HOWEVER that's only a visual and slight music bug, all other functionality is fine.
