Rifle-only scopes

Optical scopes earlier present in the game were rebalanced, and new, rifle-only scope upgrade was added to make sniper rifles more specialised. New scope may be installed only on "rifle" class weapons, so if anyone has old scope in his/her inventory and want to change it for a new scope variant - plese post in comments your nickname and server.
