I am aware of issues with the 5.7.4 branch for a small subset of users. 5.7.3 is temporarily available as a beta branch for users who need to roll back. Furthermore their is a beta branch delaytest that is specifically for trying some fixes for the issue. If you have the issue I need testing on delaytest branch, and can share that in steam's forums as a topic or on the discord.
