Added resolution settings and fixed some more bugs.

I've updated the game with some more fixes: [*]You can now change the resolution of the game in the settings menu. (Not supported in Borderless Window mode) [*]Blocking Toby's strikes in training should no longer be an issue for anyone. [*]Fixed a bug with the outfit system that prevented belts from being stored in the outfits. [*]Puppet level: You can no longer fall off the floor.
