Unity's UNET Service Shutdown and Online Play

Unity UNET Shutdown Satellite Reign's online multiplayer component was built on Unity's UNET service. In 2025, Unity shutdown this service, disabling matchmaking in all games that relied on it. As such, Satellite Reign's online matchmaking is no longer functional. Local Multiplayer UNET's shutdown doesn't impact Satellite Reign's local multiplayer feature, and so players can still connect via LAN.…
