01Update on Physical Refunds
Customers who purchased a physical copy of Batman: Arkham Knight for PC and would like to request a refund will need to return the game to the retailer where the game was purchased. In order to receive a refund, the game must be returned by December 31, 2015, with all original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required by some retailers.
