Ludixa is a video game news site. This page explains what data the site handles and why. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Manuel Rizzo. For anything concerning personal data, write to privacy@ludixa.net.

What the site collects today

Right now Ludixa has no user accounts, no advertising and no third-party analytics. Reading the site does not create a profile of you.

• Aggregate page counts. The site counts how many times a page was viewed, per day. No IP address, no cookie, no identifier — the counter cannot be traced back to a person.
• Server logs. The hosting layer keeps short-lived technical logs needed to serve requests and to block abuse.

What will change

User accounts (to save stories and follow games) and advertising are planned. Both change what is processed, so this page will be updated before either goes live — not after. Accounts will involve an email address and, if you choose Discord sign-in, the basic profile Discord shares with us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to its processing. Write to privacy@ludixa.net and you will get an answer. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Third parties

Cover images and artwork are served from the official storefront CDNs (Steam, Nintendo, Xbox) and from our own storage. Those requests reach the respective providers as any image request does. Article content is produced through an editorial pipeline that uses AI assistance; source outlets are credited on each story.
