French-only bug fixed

A small bug fix deletes settings.dat, which forced the game into French. If for some reason, if even after forcing a manual language switch through the top bar Settings -> Change Language, it still doesn't work, double check the files and if you find settings.dat in the data folder of the game installation, delete it.
