A ball limit is being introduced to encourage people to drop their balls more often since they would usually just drop one ball at a time and stockpile them. I wasn't happy with Bacteriophage, it was a really weird peg but also very easy to abuse with no way of balancing it without changing it entirely, so it's been changed entirely... Sort of.
