LOOTGoblin - Maximized Monster Loot Drops

This is a simple tweak mod that makes it so monsters will drop their entire possible inventory upon death. (Human loot pools unchanged) For example, if a monster can drop 1-3 teeth upon death, it will always drop 3 no matter what. Same goes for the maximum
