When your opponent activates a card or effect during the Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can pay half your LP; negate that activation, and if you do, halve your opponent's LP. If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon up to 3 of your banished "Machina" monsters, whose total Levels equal 12 or less. You can only use each effect of "Machina Ruinforce" once per turn.
