All Hot Beach Mod

Turns all the girls hot and mostly naked in Missionary Beach. This is the Mod that is described in the How to Make a New Character tutorial on the Steam forums. This file changes boardwalk.mis and adds AllHotBeachMOD_Datablocks.cs to the game/mod folder.
