Fixed: on Windows with animation effects turned off, the game started up frozen. Nothing moved, and Stray Signals sat in the middle of the screen instead of drifting past. Reduced motion is now controlled from Settings only. If you want it on, that's where it lives. Sorry to anyone who hit this on day one.
