If you encounter issues with the online mode, please try the following steps: 1. Open Windows Start Menu – Settings – Network & Internet – Change adapter options 2. Find the Virtual Network Adapter, right-click, and select Disable 3. If you don't see the Virtual Network Adapter, try keeping only Ethernet enabled by right-clicking on all other network adapters and selecting Disable
