Just a few changes to V0.13, fixing a few of the known bugs, and improving the map view UI. Changes in detail: Gameplay: -Elven arrogance drop from menace reduced (2.5% to 1%) -Elven arrogance increases with nearby human unrest Other: -Window size can be adjusted using key commands (default to Z and X, rebindable) -Item finder view reworked.
