Nintendo details UK price rise for Switch 2 · Ludixa

The console will jump from £395.99 to £419.99 on 1 September 2026; Ireland's price goes from €469.99 to €499.99.

From 1 September 2026 the Switch 2 will increase in price in the UK, rising from £395.99 to £419.99.

Nintendo confirmed the change on its Nintendo Store UK X account, listing 1 September 2026 as the effective date.

In Ireland the listed price will move from €469.99 to €499.99, a change the announcement notes matches other regions that use the euro.

That works out to a £24.00 increase for the UK and a €30.00 increase for Ireland.
