We're sorry to say that due to difficulties in testing the huge changes included our 1.3 "Democracy Manifest" update, that we'll be delaying the release of this free update. This will now be coming out on the 10th of July . This will give us the time to test Region selection, our new Schemes and the many new Events we're adding to the game.
