Restart Fight Button (EN)

Requires Localization Manager. I'll fix it if I feel like it tbh Adds a 'Restart Fight' button while you're in a reception, saves a few clicks and some loading time. Doesn't consume books to use it. Supports abnormalities and realizations now. Buggy in Imp
