Difficulty Modifier Changes - The "Inaccurate Reports" modifier was making the HQ come 24 days faster by mistake. This has been fixed and so playing with Inaccurate Reports should give you more breathing room - The "Scouting Parties" modifier now brings the HQ rally time 14 days closer. I did this to offset the fix for inaccurate reports, I didn't want to suddenly just make the higher difficulties…
