Opinion Wanted: What would be cool to fight?

Ignoring actual move sets or the limitations of the game. What sort of thing would you think would be really cool to fight? Images, words, phrases, artists, books. Anything. What you got? What boss design would make you go "oh sh*t here we go!" when it bursts onto the screen? Hypothetically of course. :deadember:
