Fixed some rare friend/ignore bugs when steam users have non-unique names

765: Release Version 1.3.28 July 12, 2025 4:30 PM EST • Friend/ignore remove needed some key adjustments due to a problem with non-unique steam names. Adjustments were made and all possible cases should work now.
