SENSORY OVERLOAD ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK
The music that plays while a tunnel tries to break your brain.
14 tracks of hard techno, industrial and cinematic EDM composed by Giorgio Satta for Sensory Overload. Built from the ground up to push you into a flow state and then keep escalating until you're not sure whether you're playing the game or the game is playing you.
This isn't background music. Every track was written around the game's core loop: accelerate, get hit, recover, accelerate harder. Four-on-the-floor kicks, long buildups, and drops timed to the moment the tunnel opens up. It's the same music that drives the colour-sync effects, so if you've played the game, you've already seen these tracks as much as you've heard them.
The soundtrack spans the full range of the game's moods from hypnotic 128 BPM techno for the early descent, harder and faster material as the levels escalate, an organ-and-choir monster for the endless Ranked stages, softer melodic and future bass cuts for the calmer runs, and an ambient menu theme that sets the whole thing up before you ever start falling.
