Rockstar apologises after GTA 6 leaks ahead of Netflix gameplay livestream

Rockstar Games apologised and addressed recent GTA 6 gameplay leaks in a statement published ahead of an official gameplay reveal on Netflix, PushSquare reports.
In the statement Rockstar said, "We are very sorry that everything has taken as long as it has." The studio's comment responded to leaked videos that have been spreading across the internet in the past week, which PushSquare says have grown increasingly spoilery and risk exposing story details before an official look.
The apology and acknowledgement of the leaks come as Rockstar prepares to show an official preview of GTA 6 gameplay in a Netflix livestream.
